Troy W. Eckard
Chief Executive Officer/President
Troy W. Eckard is the owner and President of Eckard Natural Resource Group. As President of the firm, his responsibility is to create a vision and lay out the direction for the firm in its efforts to uphold its mission statement and the management’s directives. Mr. Eckard oversees and implements the company policies as to the manner by which the firm will move and grow. He is responsible for recruiting the right personnel to handle the necessary acquisition of the firm's assets while working with staff to make final investment decisions. Mr. Eckard’s career involves working with natural resources with a focus on mineral management using natural resources to build a paradigm of assets. This has helped elevate himself to a level of expertise in understanding and handling his Partner's investment needs. Mr. Eckard has over twenty years of expertise in direct participation of private partners in direct ownership of mineral interests. Troy is committed to the ongoing understanding of the water industry and its vast components that involve mineral ownership, mineral management, water collection, water transportation and water distribution. He holds the Series 6, 7, 22, 65, 39 and 63 FINRA securities licenses. In addition, Mr. Eckard is the President of several companies that are involved in the sector of natural resources including energy, water, real estate and natural gas pipelines.
Donald F. Hambly
Vice President of Operations
Don Hambly joined the Eckard Companies in 1992 and is currently the Vice President of Operations for American Energy Partners, Inc., Eckard Land & Acquisition, Ltd., Eckard Natural Resource Group, LLC, Hameck Oil Company, Ltd. and Hameck Pipeline Company, Ltd. Mr. Hambly specializes in the acquisition, development and operational oversight of oil and gas and Edwards Aquifer assets for the Eckard Companies and its Partners. Mr. Hambly holds the Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 26, 39, 63 and 65 FINRA securities licenses. Prior to joining the Eckard Companies, Mr. Hambly served four years in the United States Army with the 3d US Infantry "The Old Guard", stationed in Washington D.C.
